LOL!! Cait was just telling me about an oriental man who won the lottery - he was finally able to eat all the shark fin soup that he could be cause it was really expensive and before he couldn't afford it before...ended up getting Mercury poisoning because he ate so much! and shark, being at the top of the food chain, get the Mercury overload :giggle:

oh crap! what happens to you when you get that. I always say to much of a good thing has got to be bad.:laughing: Its like survivors, when they win a food challenge I know they get sick because they eat stuff their body is not use to and they end up stuffing their mouths

[link] here's a basic link...and you're so right - everything in moderation!

We're Survivor watchers, too :giggle: It is interesting to watch the stuff they do "stuff" in...me? I'd be powering on the protein or fruit items and leaving the doughnuts alone...but then I've always loved my meat and fruits more than deserts (except crem brole :drool:)

oh Im a firm believer in dessert first, because you never know what will happen and I have to have my sweets and then to the meat and potatoes. We all have our likes and dislikes and priorities. I bookmarked the site, something I will read tonight. Are you a American idol watcher too?
