Clotted moonlight by kayaksailor Clotted moonlight by kayaksailor
The clouds were moving so quickly the other night - at sunset the sky was clear. I happened to look out a window and saw this sight. In the few minutes I was shooting from my deck, they broke up and the sky was clear again - less than 10 minutes!

I love this photograph. It feels so great. It makes me feel what I feel when I saw what you saw. The flow and shape of the clouds worked out well and I like the composition you came up with. The city lights are a nice touch too.

love it when the clouds go scudding across the moon - sure wish our cameras could catch all the details our eyes can see :(

Yeah I know... It's the same for me when I have some cool morning mists and the camera just doesn't see it!

I think it is a result of using a polarizing filter, but I'm not sure...
