Thanks for the comment on Shelby's picture. I love your Panya shot of her walking on the fence top. She does look very much like Shelby

they are wonderfully deep and luminus! I don't know about the mini-horses...they're friendly but I've only seen them in an open corral and not up too close.

I used to have a cat looking a bit like yours. She got hit by a car :(

Maybe I'll post some pics I took of her one of these days :?

I love close ups of cat's head !!!!!!

We've belled her so we can keep track of whether she's inside or not - we've got coyote's around and have lost at least one cat to them so she comes in at dusk!

We saw a mother and two youngish pups last night playing in the street as we drove home - they were sooooo cute! But we don't want to feed them kitty!!!

How cute ...my tomcat is constantly out for tabbies, and he's barely home. But if he comes home, he's full of scars, and he wants to be loved...then I love him very much...=P

Panya is the same way about petting - only when she wants it, but when she does it is a DEMAND! Our other cat, Tigerlily, when she was younger was always getting into scrapes but she's an old lady now so tends to be a homebody! :D

My cat comes home more rarely nowdays, and this worries me... I'm afraid he tends another place like home...=(
I don't know how could I find out this, and make something against it... do you have any idea?
/uh, and sorry about the late answer...^^;/

You could try putting a note on his collar asking whomever not to feed him, or maybe even just putting a collar on him would show that he has a home...also you may ask around your neighbors to see if anyone is feeding their own cat outside and ask them to feed inside only for awhile.

Another thought, is he neutered? That will cut the roaming a lot!

When he is home, make a big fuss over him, pet him lots and feed him little treats...maybe even make him somewhere really special to sleep and then play with him with a catnip mouse until he's tired enough to sleep...

I understand about the worry of a loved pet choosing somewhere else to be, our Tigerlily would come home smelling of someone else's perfume upon occation and I'd worry! Good luck with keeping him home

She had been wandering around keeping an eye on me - she jumped up on the wall and was just STARING...turns out she was watching a squirrel - but she kept still!
