(Learned that in America a piece of pottery is called a 'sherd' while in Europe it is called a 'shard' - that's us Americans...gotta name things different )
Hmmm I wonder then if when we call the piece of land our homes is on a yard.. if they call it a yerd....or if we say something is hard...they say its ..herd,,and if we call someone a nerd.. do THEY call it a Nard? ... it's all so confusing!
