It is worth it to spend the time there though and is a national treasure, National parks should be enjoyed at each and every opportunity one has. It is one of the best things we have in this country of ours

Oh indeed! I wasn't chiding her for going there - more envious! We've been talking about joining her for months but life keeps getting in the way...maybe in the next couple weeks

I am a great fan of the National Park system - as a child I did a lot of traveling with my parents and we would always visit the ones we went past ...camping in many too! I haven't been to Yosemite since I was in college - I went with my 2nd year photo class

but that was decades ago so it is past time to introduce my husband and daughter to the beauty!
