Sunset Rainbowby *kayaksailor

A fast moving thunderhead had just dumped rain and hail on us. We noticed that the sky was clear but drops were still falling! We looked east, away from the setting sun, and saw this beautiful rainbow IN OUR BACK YARD! We'll be digging on that path for gold when it gets dry

Ran this through Dynamic HDR for a light touch.

gorgeous! reminds me that i need to post a rainbow pic i shot - inspired by your rainbow photo shot through the tree. i'd never thought of shooting a rainbow THROUGH a tree before, but i had the opportunity just a few days after i'd seen yours here
