No, this area is about a half hour further up the foothills from where I live... you'd love it around here, lol, lots of different kinds of woods for staring at

We live at about 1500' where there are lots of oak trees (four or five varieties) then as you head up the hills you get pine which change species as you get higher. Eventually you reach Lake Tahoe
