lifting weights is good, I'm doing a bit of that myself...we also picked up a used treadmill off Craig's List :D

yes it is for sure......good for the bones and I hate the treadmill so I walk in front of the tv at night with my pedometer and walk for about 1- 2 hours , drives hubby crazy,,,,,,,:)

Lines, lines and lines everywhere you look. Nice shot with lots of depth. I think the horizontal looks a little better than the vertical.
