A Spring storm dropped a bit of snow up in the mountains, but it won't last...
breathtaking. That's the kind of thing that makes me wish for winter.
I understand! It is nice having all four seasons close by (snow within a half hour but not on our streets )
I remember that from our trip to Auburn. It was the week between Christmas and New Years and we were out in the yard working on vehicles in t-shirts. Then someone suggests we go skiing. We thought they were joking until we got about 30 minutes from the house and were blanketed in a beautiful snowfall. We went to Squaw Valley if I remember correctly and skied until dark then went home and sat by a fire in t-shirts again.
Wow!!! I love the reflection!!!
Beautifull photo dear Ruth
Beautiful shot Ruth!
Another *GORGEOUS* photograph!
That's a little bit of beauty. Love the reflections in the water.
we've been here a couple of other times during the year - it has yellow lotus on the edges in the summer but we've never had a great sky so this day was perfect!
Love this image.......it has it all..
This is just a gorgeous shot on so many levels Ruth. The reflections, the peering into the water, and the pristine beauty of it all, very well done here.
My pleasure Ruth it's just a wonderful photograph. It is such a great place, and it sounds like it's more difficult to find places without people where you are. Here it doesn't take too much and you can be completely on your own. Well except for the bugs in the summertime, we have lots of those.
Guess spring will be a late bloomer.
wow... that is awesome! Beautiful
